Indian Fish Curry

Traditional Indian Recipes

Procedure:

Ingrediants :

1. 250-300 gms cleaned and sliced fish.

2. 1-2 cups of chopped coriander leaves

3. 2- 3 tomatoes chopped (finely)

4. 8-9 cloves of garlic

5. Three green chillies (chopped)

6. 1 tsp methi seeds

7. 1 tsp coriander powder

8. Turmeric powder (pinch)

9. Salt to Taste

10. Oil as required.


Directions :

Process to make Indian Fish Curry:

1. Initially marinate the sliced fish with salt and turmeric powder, keep it aside for about 15 minutes.

2. Slightly Fry the fish pieces and keep aside.

3. Now grind the coriander leaves, garlic along with the green Chillies.

4. Now add oil to frying pan and add masala paste to heated oil deeply.

5. Now Add tomatoes, methi seeds and masala powders and fry till the oil appears on top.

6. Later add a cup of water to the item and boil it.

7. Finally add the fried fish pieces to the boiled gravy and start cooking for 10 minutes
