Ingrediants :

1 cup apple, peeled and grated.

2 cips full fat milk.

1/3 cup condensed milk.

2 tablespoons sugar.

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder.

Directions :

1. Combine all the ingredients except the nutmeg powder in a microwave safe bowl and mix well.

2. microwave on High for 6 minutes stirring once in between after 3 minutes.

3. Add the nutmeg powder, mix well and microwave again for 1 more minute. SERVE CHILLED

Tips: Fill the microwave safe bowl to only 1/4 its height, leaving enough space for the milk to rise in the microwave, without spilling over.
