Ladyfinger Kichdi Recipe

Procedure:

Ingrediants :

1. 4 cup ladyfinger

2. 2 cup curd (thick)

3. 1/2 cup grated Coconut

4. Three dry red chilies

5. 1 mustard

6. 2 to 3 springs curry leaves

7. 2 tsp oil

8. Salt to taste

9. Two Green Chillies


Directions :

Process to make Ladyfinger Kichdi Recipe:

1. Initially cut the lady finger into small round pieces.

2. Later fry chopped ladyfinger pieces in oil till they get crispy.

3. Add the grated coconut, green chilies and mustard in a bowl, make it into a thick paste and keep it aside.

4. Now take oil in pan and over high flame add the season mustard, red chilli and curry leaves.

5. After on low heat, add curd and the ground ingredients, boil it few minutes stirring continuously.

6. Finally add fried lady finger pieces and salt to it.

7. Remove the dish from the flame and serve it hot.
