Murg Kaali Mirchi

Ingrediants :

1 kg chicken

3/4 cup tomatoes, sliced

1/2 cup onions chopped

2 tsp garlic crushed

1 tsp turmeric powder

25 - 30 peppercorns

7 cloves

1 tblsp coriander powder

11 curry leaves

4 tblsp oil

Salt to taste

Directions :

Process to Make Murg Kaali Mirchi:

1. Wash the skin chicken and then cut into 12 pieces.

2. Now Mix crushed peppercorns, salt and turmeric powder with the chicken pieces and Keep aside the dish for half an hour.

3. Fry the onions and cloves together in heated oil and stir well until they turn brown.

4. Later add garlic, coriander powder and chopped tomatoes to the item and fry it well till oil leaves the sides.

5. Add the marinated chicken along with curry leaves and half cup water to the dish.

6. Now cook the entire item well, stir it whenever needed.

7. Finally serve the Mugg Kaali Mirchi hot.
