Chicken Shorba Recipe

Ingrediants :

200 gms Boneless Chicken, Shredded

650 ml Chicken Stock

2 tblsp Oil

2 tblp Garlic, Finely Chopped

2 tsp Cumin Seeds

2 tblsp White Flour

3 tsp Butter

Salt and White Pepper to taste

2 tblsp Fresh Cream

Chopped cilantro for garnish

Directions :

Heat the butter in a pan and fry the boneless chicken pieces in it until they turn soft.

In a separate pan, heat oil and fry cumin seeds in it, and later add the chopped garlic. Saute for some time.

Mix in white flour and stir for about 2 min.

Now, add the fried chicken, chicken stock, white pepper powder and salt. Cook the entire item on medium heat for about 6-7 minutes.

Chicken Shorba Recipe is ready. Add chopped cilantro and fresh cream before serving
