Broccoli Carrot Corn Salad

Ingrediants :

I cup Broccoli florets

1 cup chopped baby corn

1 cup chopped carrot

3 tbsp butter

Pepper power and salt, as per salt

Directions :

Wash the broccoli florets in salt water, remove and keep aside

Wash the baby corn pieces and boil the same in water for about 5 minutes. Drain the water and keep boiled baby corn aside.

Wash the carrot, peel and chop into desired shape.

Take one kadai and add 1 tablespoon butter, sauté broccoli florets in it for a minute. Add pepper and salt, sauté again for few seconds. Remove the florets and keep aside

In the same kadai, now fry baby corn in 1 tablespoon butter. After one minute, sprinkle salt and pepper powder, sauté for another minute. Remove and keep aside.

Repeat the same process for carrots.

Taka big bowl, mix well all the three items in it.
