Vegetable Potato Peas Puffs

Procedure:

Ingrediants :

Potatoes -6
Green Peas – 1 cup
Chopped Onions-3
Chopped Green Chilies-3
Tomatoes-1
Ginger-Garlic paste-11/2 tbsp.
Turmeric Powder -1 tbsp
Red chili powder -1 tbsp.
Garam masala -2 tbsp.
Chopped Coriander
Lemon juice – 11/2 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Vegetable Oil – 3tbsp.
Mustard seed -1 tbsp.
Curry leaves -6
Jeera Cumin – 1 tsp.
Urad dal -2 tbsp.
Chana dal -2 tbsp.


Directions :

First of all, cut the potato into big size pieces and wash the grand peas. Now, boil both in a pressure cooker for2 whistles. After it is done, take the water out and mash them

Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, chopped onions, ginger garlic paste, green chilies, urad and chana dal and salt. Nicely sauté the ingredient till the raw flavour goes away. Later, add the chopped tomatoes and fry the whole dish for few minutes.After it is done, add all the masala powders to it and saute for a few more minutes.

Later, add mashed potatoes and peas to it and cook on a low flame for few more minutes. Now, turn off the heat and add coriander leaves and lemon juice to the dish. Mix all the ingredients well. Vegetable Curry for stuffing is ready.

Cut the pastry sheet dough in to square or rectangular shapes and fill this Vegetable Curry into each sheet. Roll the sheet on curry filling and make sure that the entire item is covered properly. Make thick edges to the sheet.

Preheat the oven at 200 Deg C for few minutes and later bake the curry filled sheets for about 10-12 mins at 150 Deg C. Turn the puffs upside down, until they turn golden brown both sides.

Finally, vegetable puffs are ready. Serve them with sauce or Tomato ketchup.
