SOOJI RAVA LADDU

Procedure:

Ingrediants :

Sooji Rava (or) - 1cup (powdered) (or)
Chutney dal - 1cup (Powdered)
Sugar - 1cup
Ghee - cup
Cardamom - 5 (powdered)
Cashew nuts - 15-20 (cut into bits)
Kishmish - 10
Chilled milk - 1 bowl


Directions :

Heat 2 tablespoon ghee in a karai and fry kishmish and Cashew nuts to golden color. Remove and keep them aside.
Add 1 tablespoon more of ghee.
Fry the powdered rava till it turns light golden color.
Heat 1 cup sugar adding cup water in the same karai.
Bring to one string consistency; add powered sooji (fried) cashew bits, kishmish and powdered cardamom. Mix well and quickly.
Remove from fire immediately
Keep cool milk in a bowl.
Dip your hand in the chilled milk and make laddus. (Instead of rava this can be done with chutneydal also.)
Serve SOOJI RAVA LADDU.
