Kadhai Paneer

Procedure:

Ingrediants :

300 gms Cottage Cheese (Paneer)

4 Capsicums

5 Onions chopped

5 Tomatoes crushed

Ginger Piece

3 Bay Leaves

5 Cloves

2 piece Cinnamon

1 tsp Red Chili Powder

Little Orange Color

4 tblsp Butter or oil


Directions :

Process to Make Kadhai Paneer:

1. Initially cut cheese and capsicum into long pieces.

2. Grind onion, tomato, ginger, salt and red chili powder along with orange color.

3. Chop cloves and cinnamon, keep them aside.

4. Now add cloves, cinnamon and bay leaf to heated oil, next pout onion, tomato and ginger paste into pan.

5. Cook the entire item in simmer until oil or Ghee separates.

6. Later add paneer and capsicum pieces, Cook it on low heat.

7. When the entire dish is cooked well, off the stove

8. Finally serve Kadhai Paneer hot along with naans and parathas.
