Sprouts Salad

Procedure:

Ingrediants :

2 cup Sprouts (sprouted Chik peas, Black channa, Beans)

˝ cup chopped Onion

˝ cup chopped Tomato

2 Green Chilly, minced

11/2 tbsp Lemon juice

Cilantro – 2 tbsp

4 Mint leaves, finely chopped

Salt to taste


Directions :

Take a large bowl and mix in sprouts, chopped onions and tomato, green chillies, cilantro and chopped mint leaves.

Add little salt and few drops of lemon juice, mix well.

Healthy ‘Sprouts Salad’ is ready.
