Sprouted Fenugreek (Methi Seeds) Curry Recipe

Ingrediants :

1 cup sprouted Fenugreek seeds (Methi seeds or Menthulu)

1 cup sprouted whole Moong

2 medium onions, chopped

2 medium tomato, chopped

2 green chili

1/2 tsp mustard

1/2 tsp jeera

2 clove garlic

2 curry leaves

1/2 tsp turmeric

1/2 tsp hing

2 tbsp. olive oil

Salt to taste

Directions :

Heat vegetable oil in a pan, fry mustard seeds, jeera and curry leaves in it until splutter

Add chillies and chopped onions, fry for few minutes

Later add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric and salt, and fry until tomatoes gets soft

Pour little water and boil the whole mixture at low lame

Finally, mix in sprouts (methi seeds and whole moong). Stir well and cook for 3 minutes. Donít cook much longer. Otherwise, the nutrients will be lost.
