Moong Bhaji Recipe

Procedure:

Ingrediants :

2 Cup Moong

2 Medium Onions

2 medium tomatoes

Garam Masala – 1 tsp

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tsp

Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp

Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

Mustard Seeds –2 tsp

Curry Leaves – 5

Oil – 2 tsp

Salt to Taste


Directions :

First of all, boil the moong in 3 cups of water, boil until they turn soft.

Meanwhile, take a pan and heat the oil. Add the mustard seeds, fry till they splutter.

Now add onion slices, sauté till they turn light brown.

Add tomato slices. Sauté again, till tomato becomes soft.

Mix in ginger-garlic paste and fry well till the raw smell subsides.

Now add the turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, and few curry leaves, mix well.

Add the cooked moong, mix well again.

Continue cooking for about 7 minutes, Moong Bhaji is ready

Garnish it with curry leaves and serve hot with rotis.
