Mattar Tofu

Procedure:

Ingrediants :

3 large onion, chopped

1 cup frozen peas

3 cloves garlic, minced

Firm Tofu cubes (medium or small size)

˝ cup madras curry sauce

Canola oil


Directions :

Take a very little oil, fry tofu cubes until both sides gets light brown. Keep them aside.

Take a pan and heat the oil, sauté the garlic and onions over medium high heat. Fry until the onions are translucent.

Now, add the tofu cubes, the curry sauce and the peas, stir well.

Cook the entire mixture at simmer for about 15 minutes.

Delicious and healthy Mattar Tofu is ready

Serve hot with rotis or rice
