Cucumber Raita

Procedure:

Ingrediants :

2 cucumber (peeled, seeded and cubed)

2 cup plain and fresh yogurt

3 tbsp chopped fresh mint

2 tablespoon lime juice

2 garlic cloves, minced

11/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper


Directions :

Take cucumber pieces in a bowl and add fresh yogurt, mint leaves, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. Mix well.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend.

Delicious and healthy Cucumber Raita is ready, served it chilled with any type of biryani or fried rice.
