Chocolate Mousse

Procedure:

Ingrediants :

1. 225 gms plain chocolate broken
2. 150 ml double cream
3. 165 gms castor sugar
4. 4 separated eggs
5. cup grated chocolate for decorate

Directions :

1.Melt chocolate over a double boiler until smooth.
2.Place cream, egg yolks, sugar and chocolate blend for it for 1 mint
3.Whip the egg whites.
Fold the whites into the egg yolk-chocolate mix.
4.Pour into individual glasses and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
5.Serve with grated chocolate.
