CHOCOLATE ANGEL CAKE

Procedure:

Ingrediants :

3/4 cup Wheat Flour

1/4 cup Cocoa Powder

2 cup Granulated Sugar

12- 13 Eggs White

1/4 cup Hot Water

1/4 tsp Salt

1 tsp Cream of Tartar


Directions :

Process to Make CHOCOLATE ANGEL CAKE:

1. Initially mix cocoa powder and hot water in a bowl and keep aside.

2. Preheat the oven up to 350F, later in a separate bowl mix wheat flour, 3/4 cup sugar and salt and keep it also aside.

3. Now beat the eggs well and then add cream of tartar to it. After stir the whole mixture well.

4. Now in this egg mixture add the remaining sugar and sifted flour too. Mix it completely and add the remaining half of flour to it.

5. After take some of this egg mixture and mix it with cocoa powder mixture and stir finely.

6. After add this egg cocoa mixture to the egg flour mixture left and Mix the entire item lightly.

7. Pour this whole mixture in a dish and start baking for about 45-50 minutes. After finishing baking, leave it separately to get cool.

8. Finally serve it with fresh strawberries or cherries and ice cream
