Thai Peanut Satay Stirfry

1. 4 tablespoons oil for stir frying 2. 1/4 cup bamboo shoots; rinsed, drained and sliced 3. 1/4 cup snow peas 4. 2 garlic cloves, minced 5. 1 green bell pepper, seeded and sliced 6. 2 tablespoons fish sauce 7. 4 tablespoons peanut satay sauce, mixed with 1 tablespoon sugar 8. 8 ounces tofu, sliced
