Carrot Peas Paratha Recipe

Chopped Carrot-6 Green Peas– 1 cup Chopped Onions-3 Chopped Green Chilies-3 Tomatoes-3 Ginger Garlic paste -1tbsp Turmeric Powder -1 tbsp Red chili powder -1 tbsp Garam masala -2 tbsp Jeera seeds –1 tbsp Urad dal -2tbsp Chana dal -2tbsp Mustard seed -1 tbsp Curry leaves -6 Vegetable Oil – 21/2 tbsp chopped Coriander leaves Salt to taste
 

Vegetable Potato Peas Puffs

Potatoes -6 Green Peas – 1 cup Chopped Onions-3 Chopped Green Chilies-3 Tomatoes-1 Ginger-Garlic paste-11/2 tbsp. Turmeric Powder -1 tbsp Red chili powder -1 tbsp. Garam masala -2 tbsp. Chopped Coriander Lemon juice – 11/2 tbsp. Salt to taste Vegetable Oil – 3tbsp. Mustard seed -1 tbsp. Curry leaves -6 Jeera Cumin – 1 tsp. Urad dal -2 tbsp. Chana dal -2 tbsp.
 

Paneer kaju masala

1. 500g - paneer, cut into cubes 2. 1/2 tsp - chironji 3. 1/2 tsp - khus-khus (poppy seeds) 4. 1/2 tsp - coriander seeds 5. 1/2 tsp - cumin seeds 20g - cashewnuts 6. 1 inch - ginger 7. 3 cloves - garlic 8. 2 - tomatoes 9. 2 - onions, chopped 10. 2 - cloves 11. 1 - cardamom 12. 1/2 tsp - fennel/shahjeera 13. 1 - bay leaf 14. 1 inch - cinamon stick Saffron (optional) A little milk to soak saffron 15. 1/4 tsp - muskmelon seeds 16. 6 - dried red chillies 17. 3 tbsp - ghee or butter 18. 1 tsp - red chilli powder (if needed) Salt Turmeric powder
 

CORN METHI PULAO

1.1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi) 2.1 tbsp butter 3.1 tbsp oil1 cup long grained rice (basmati) 4.2 to 4 black peppercorns (kalimirch) 12 mm. 5.(1/2") piece cinnamon (dalchini) 6.2 cloves (laung / lavang)2 cardamom (elaichi) 7.1 onion, sliced 8.1 cup fenugreek leaves (methi), chopped 1/2 cup sweet corn (makai ke dane) 9.1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
 

Green Peas Pulav

1 cup long grained rice. 1 cup green peas. 2 sticks cinnamon. 2 cloves. 1 bay leaf. 1 1/2 green chillies, chopped. 1/2 cup onions, chopped. 2 tablespoons ghee. salt to taste.
