Indian Fish Curry

1. 250-300 gms cleaned and sliced fish. 2. 1-2 cups of chopped coriander leaves 3. 2- 3 tomatoes chopped (finely) 4. 8-9 cloves of garlic 5. Three green chillies (chopped) 6. 1 tsp methi seeds 7. 1 tsp coriander powder 8. Turmeric powder (pinch) 9. Salt to Taste 10. Oil as required.
 

Indian Butter Chicken

1. 170ml natural yogur 2. 50g ground almonds 3. 1/4 tsp ground cloves 4. 1/4 tsp bay leaves, chopped 5. 1/2 tsp chili powder 6. 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 7. 1 tsp garam masala 8. 4 green cardamom 9. 1 tsp ginger pulp 10.1 tsp garlic pulp 11. 1/2kg tomatoes 12.1 1/4 tsp salt 13. 1kg chicken 14. 75-80g butter 15.1 tbsp corn oil 16.2 medium onions 17.2 tbsp crushed coriander 18.4-5 tbsp cream
 

NAVRATAN KORMA

3 cups - Boiled vegetables (9 varieties-potatoes, carrots, green peas, french beans, cauliflower, capsicum, cabbage, bottle gourd, cluster beans) 150gms - Grated paneer 3 - Tomatoes 2 - Grated onions 1 1/2 tsp -Ginger paste 1 1/2 tsp - Garlic paste Salt To Taste 1 tsp - Turmeric Powder 1 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder 1 tsp - Coriander powder 2 tsp - Garam Masala Powder 2 tbsp - Cream 6 tbsp - Vegetable oil 1 tbsp - Ghee 1 cup - Milk / water 1/4 cup - Dry fruits (cashew nuts, raisins) Coriander leaves for decoration
 

DAHI VADA

1 Cup Urad daal Salt to taste Oil to fry.1 kg Dahi (yogurt) 1/2 tsp grated Ginger Finely chopped coriander leaves 1-2 green chilies chopped Salt to taste 2 tsp Roasted cumin(jeera)powder Red chili powder to taste
