INDIAN BUTTER CHICKEN RECIPE

Ingredients: 300 gms Chicken breast boneless Marinate: 1 -2 tsp hung thick curd 1 tsp salt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp tandoori masala 1/4 tsp tandoori color Curry 2 tblsp Butter 2 tsp garlic paste 1 green chilly sliced 1/2 tsp Cumin powder 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder 1 tsp Salt 6 or 1/2 kg Tomato 10 Cashew nuts 1 Big tblsp Tomato Ketchup 1/2 tsp Sugar 1/4 cup Water 1/2 cup milk 2 tblsp Cream 1/4 tsp garam masala 1 tsp fenugreek crushed Finely chopped coriander leaves
 

Red Pumpkin Curry

Red pumpkin (peeled and cubed)-5 cups 2 tbsps oil 2 large tomato, chopped 3 medium onions, finely chopped 2 tbsp grated jaggery 3 green chillis 4 dry red chillis 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp turmeric powder 2 tsp black gram 11/2 tsp cumin seeds 11/2 tsp mustard seeds 10 cloves garlic 10 curry leaves few coriander leaves
 

TOMATO RASAM

Tomatoes - 4 (blend in a mixie ) Tomatoes - 2 (Cut into small pieces) Toovar dal - 1 cup Chilli powder - 1tspn Turmeric powder - 1tspn Asafoetida - tspn Green Chillie - 1 Jaggery - 1 tbspn Salt - as required Roast and Powder: Cummin seeds - 1tbspn Pepper Corns - 10 -12 Curry leaves - 1 sprig Seasoning: Ghee - 2 tspn Mustard Seeds - tspn Cummin Seeds - 1 tpsn Curry Leaves - 1 sprig For garnishing: Tomatoes - 2 (finely cut) Coriander Leaves - 1 sprig
 

MASALA DOSA

1 1/2 cups rice 1/2 cup urad dal salt to taste Oil 2 large potatoes 1 medium onion1/2 teaspoon turmeric 1-2 green chili 1 tablespoon oil salt to taste
 

Vegetable Korma

1 tablespoon vegetable oil 1 onion, peeled and finely chopped 3 tablespoons Korma curry paste 1 tin chopped tomatoes 2 large handfuls broccoli florets (not too large) 1 large handful frozen long green beans 1 tin chickpeas, drained and rinsed 1 tablespoon tomato puree packet basmati rice 2 4 naan bread
 

Gongura Chicken

kg chicken, washed and drained 4 medium sized onions, finely chopped few fresh curry leaves 4 tbsp oil 1 tsp fresh garam masala powder salt to taste 1 cup curd 1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 1 tbsp red chilli powder 1/4 cup water 2 cups fresh red sorrel leaves 3 green chillies (adjust) 1 bunch fresh coriander leaves (optional) 1/2 bunch fresh mint leaves (optional) 4 cloves 1 1/2\" cinnamon 3 cardamoms 3 tbsp coriander seeds
