3 cups of red potatoes 1 cup chopped fresh parsley (Kothimeera) 11/2-cup chicken broth 1 medium onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic 1 tsp ground black pepper 1 tbsp butter 1-tbsp vegetable oil or Olive oil

Chapati flour 1 cup ( maida for those who are not worrying about nutritional value) Brown sugar 1 cup (or a little less than a cup of white sugar) Cooking oil 3-4 tbsps (any ordinary one like corn oil will do) Vanilla essence 1 tsp Baking powder 1 spoon (slightly heaped) Ripe banana 1 mashed lightly-(don\'t make a watery pulp out of it) Egg 1
