Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Mushrooms

5 slices of pork meat (Bacon) 10 crimini mushrooms 2 tbsp chopped onions 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 11/2 tbsp butter
 

Tandoori Chicken Chaat

1. Two or Three shredded Tandoori chickens 2. 1 tblsp lemon juice 3. Salt for taste 4. Half tsp chilli powder 5. One tblsp oil 6. Half cup raw green mango pieces 7. 1/2 or 1cup chopped onions 8. 2 or 3 tsp chopped green chillies, 9. 60 gms finey chopped coriander leaves 10. Two tsp chaat masala 11. 2 tsp ginger pieces
 

Breaded Sweet Potatoes

1. Baked sweet potatoes 2. Egg - beaten 3. Deep fat for frying 4. Pepper 5. Bread crumbs
 

Cheese Crackers

1. 85 gms maida 2. 25 gms butter 3. 55 gms grated cheese 4. tsp caraway seeds 5. 1 tbsp milk (approx.) a pinch salt
 

Shrimp (Prawn) Rissoles

1 medium onion, 30ml (2 tablespoons) oil, 225g (8oz) (1 1/2 cups) shrimps (prawns), shelled and deveined. 20g (4 tablespoons) finely chopped parsley. 25g (1 oz) (2 tablespoons) flour. 5ml (1 teaspoon) salt freshly ground black pepper shortcrust pastry made from 225g (8 oz) (2 1/4 cups) flour oil for deep frying.
 

Calamari

3 cups vegetable oil 1/4 cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper 12 squid, cleaned and sliced into rings 1 lemon - cut into wedges, for garnish
