1 cup sprouted Fenugreek seeds (Methi seeds or Menthulu) 1 cup sprouted whole Moong 2 medium onions, chopped 2 medium tomato, chopped 2 green chili 1/2 tsp mustard 1/2 tsp jeera 2 clove garlic 2 curry leaves 1/2 tsp turmeric 1/2 tsp hing 2 tbsp. olive oil Salt to taste

2 cup Sprouts (sprouted Chik peas, Black channa, Beans) cup chopped Onion cup chopped Tomato 2 Green Chilly, minced 11/2 tbsp Lemon juice Cilantro 2 tbsp 4 Mint leaves, finely chopped Salt to taste
