Bombay Shrimps

1. 1 lb medium sized raw shrimps 2. 1 tsp garlic paste 3. 1 tsp ginger paste 4. 4 tbsp tamarind paste 5. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 6. tsp red chilli powder 7. 2 tbsp veg oil 8. 3 cloves garlic (whole) 9. cup coconut milk 10. tbsp finely chopped cilantro 11. 2 fresh finely chopped green chillies 12. salt to taste
