Chicken Masala Fry

1. 2 lbs, Chicken (breast meat or leg quarters with bones) 2. 2 medium onions, sliced 3. 4 tbsp curry powder (Or 2 tsp cumin powder, 4. 2 tsp coriander powder, 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp chilli powder 5. 8 curry leaves 6. 2 tbsp olive oil 3 cloves 7. 1/2 inch cinammon stick 8. 1 cup yogurt 1 tomato 9. 2 tbsp lemon juice 10. 1/2 cup coriander leaves chopped for garnish
 

Brinjal Bharth

1.3-4 potatoes 2.½ cup coconut gratings 3.6 roasted red chillies 4.1 small piece asafoetida 5.1 tsp mustard seeds 2 tsp oil tamarind lump 1 sprig curry leaves salt to taste
 

Idlis recipe

1 cup rice semolina (idli rawa) 1/4 cup beaten rice ( jada poha) 1/4 cup split black gram (urad dal) salt to taste oil for greasing
 

Paniyaram

Refined wheat flour (Maida) – 1 cup or 100grams Egg – 1 Refined sugar – 50 grams Banana (ripe) – 1 Soda bi-carb (cooking soda) – A pinch Oil - In a pan for deep frying.

SABUDANA VADA

Sago (sabudana) 1 1/2 cups Potatoes, boiled and mashed 3 medium Roasted peanuts, coarsely ground 1 cup Green chillies, finely chopped 3 Fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped 2 tablespoons Lemon juice 1 tablespoon Salt to taste Oil for deep-frying
