Saag Chicken Recipe

PUNJABI ALOO AMRITSARI RECIPE

1. 300 gms Potato 2. Two or Three Onions, Chopped 3. 1 cup Besan 4. 11/2 tsp Coriander Powder and Coriander leaves 5. 1/2 tsp Garam masala 6. 1 tsp Red chilli powder 7. 1 tsp Annardana Powder 8. 2 tsp Ginger/garlic paste 9. 1/2 tsp Ajwain 10. Oil for frying 11. Salt to taste
