1. 1/2 kg chicken 2. 200 g Gongura (Sorrel) leaves 3. 1 large onion, chopped 4. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 5. 10 cloves garlic 6. 1/2 inch ginger 7. 4-5 cloves 8. 4 whole green cardamoms 9. 2 bay leaves 10. 1 large cinnamon stick 11. 1 large curry leaves 12. 3 tblsp oil 13.
