Coconut Kheer (Elaneer Payasam)

4 to 6 cashew nuts. 1 cup coconut, grated. 3/4 cup jaggery, grated. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder. 1 cup milk. 2 teaspoons ghee.
 

Besan Laddoo recipe

1 cup Bengal gram flour (besan). 1/3 cup ghee. 1/4 teaspoon cardamom (elaichi) powder. 3/4 cup powdered sugar.
 

Apple Kheer

1 cup apple, peeled and grated. 2 cips full fat milk. 1/3 cup condensed milk. 2 tablespoons sugar. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg powder.
 

Gajar Ka Halwa
