Description :

Siddhivinayak temple is an Old temple which is built on November 19, 1801, located in Prabhadevi, Mumbai, Maharashtra; Mr. Laxman Vithu and Mrs. Deubai Patil had built this originally. According to Hindu calendar it falls on Kartik Shudha Chaturdashi. It is recognized as the one of the richest temple in Mumbai.


This temple is usually called as the Navasacha Ganapati or Navasala Pavanara Ganapati which was called in Marathi Language. People visit this temple mostly on Tuesday; the lord Ganesha Interact by Siddhi and Riddhi. The lord face is depicting the elephant face, with four arms bearing lotus, axe, modakas and garland.


This temple receives more amounts of donations of around 100 to 150 million every year, thatís why this temple is considered as richest temple in Mumbai. For the blessing of lord Ganesha the famous bollywood celebrities also visit this temple. Politicians also come to visit the temple.
