Description :

Moti Dungri is a small hill and it located centrally in the city of Jaipur. The term of Moti Dungri means Hill of Pearls or Pearl Hill. The hill is occupied by the palace and a temple. The temple of Moti Doongri was dedicated to Lord Ganesha. Moti Dungri temple serves as a tourist attraction for the scenic view it offers. It is significant from the religious point of view. People from all over India often come to this sacred temple to pay their homage to Lord Ganesha.

Close to the Temple, there is a beautiful Palace in the hill; it called as Moti Dungri Palace. Moti Dungri Palace is an imitation of a Scottish Castle. In the ancient times, it was occupied by the son of Maharaja madho Sing. Still, the enchanting Palace belongs to royal family. Now, it makes home for Gayatri Devi (Rajmatha) and her son, Jagat Singh. However, the palace is not open for public.
